Every deal has a behavioral reason it's winning or losing. See it on your own calls.
Upload 10 sales conversations. We'll show you the behavioral signals behind why deals advance, stall, or fall apart — signals your CRM and conversation-intelligence tools don't show you today.
Trust. Resistance. Commitment. Decision readiness.
Your systems record what happened. They don't explain why a deal moved — or stopped.
A deal advances because trust grows. It stalls because resistance goes unaddressed. Your CRM tracks the stage. Your conversation tools capture and summarize the interaction. But most systems still don't give you an evidence-based behavioral read on whether commitment is strengthening, resistance is increasing, or stakeholder momentum is changing.
- Recordings, transcripts, and summaries
- Talk-time ratios and activity counts
- Keyword and topic tracking
- Generic positive / negative sentiment
- Trust, decision readiness, resistance, and commitment — scored with evidence
- Who on the buying side is engaged, and who's gone quiet
- A behavioral reason behind every risk flag
- Confidence on every score, plus the counter-evidence considered
Not a Gong or Chorus replacement, and not a new CRM. DECODX adds a behavioral layer on top of the recordings you already have, and enriches HubSpot deal records directly.
See what your current systems could be missing.
Every finding below is an example of the behavioral intelligence DECODX is designed to surface from real sales conversations. Your Snapshot applies the same analysis to your own calls.
Commitment is weakening before the CRM reflects it.
The stage hasn't moved. The buyer's language has.
Your champion looks strong. Procurement isn't engaged.
Every stakeholder scored — not just the one your rep talks to most.
| Stakeholder | Trust | Engagement | Influence | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| VP OperationsEconomic buyer | 74 | 80 | high | Engaged |
| Dir. Revenue OpsChampion | 81 | 44 | medium | Gone quiet |
| ProcurementGatekeeper | — | 12 | high | Not engaged |
A specific behavioral pattern, tied to pipeline exposure.
Not "improve closing skills" — the exact moment it breaks down, with the call and quote to coach from.

We're selecting eight Founding Design Partners.
The Snapshot proves whether DECODX can see something valuable. The Design Partner engagement proves whether that intelligence can change an outcome.
"We're not asking you to buy the vision. We're asking for 10 conversations so we can show you something your current systems aren't. If it's valuable, we'll talk about validating it together as one of our eight Founding Design Partners. If it isn't, you keep the analysis — and there's no ask."
Offered only after your Snapshot review.
- ·30–90 day engagement, custom-scoped to your organization
- ·One measurable commercial question, validated against your real outcomes
- ·Direct founder involvement throughout
Discussed only if DECODX shows you something worth validating.
Why it can be worth it: on high-value pipelines, preventing or recovering even one lost opportunity can materially exceed the cost of a Design Partner engagement. We'd rather prove that on your data than claim it here.
Your conversations are sensitive. We treat them that way.
Here's exactly how your calls are handled during a Snapshot — in plain terms, not badges.
You attest before you upload
An explicit confirmation that you have the right to share the recordings, kept against your account.
Kept separate from every other customer
Each organization's conversations and findings live in their own isolated workspace.
Seen only by the people you authorize
Role-based access on your side, and internal access limited to the people producing and reviewing your Snapshot.
Key actions are logged
An audit log records key actions — like workflow changes and data syncs — along with who made them and when.
Deleted on an agreed schedule — or sooner on request
Retention is agreed before processing. If you don't continue, Snapshot data is deleted according to that agreed retention period, or sooner at your request.
Nobody on the other side is contacted
Your buyer is never emailed, surveyed, or notified. The analysis stays inside your account.
We're in alpha and don't hold third-party security certifications yet. Questions about how your data is handled? Email hello@decodx.app before you upload.
